Shipping your order
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. They are sent by CTT or InPost/Mondial Relay, and the tracking number can be obtained on request.
Free delivery in Portugal for purchases over €39 with InPost.
The minimum shipping cost is €4 with InPost and €5 with CTT.
Delivery times for Portugal are between 1 and 3 days, depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
Delivery times to Europe are between 5 and 10 days, depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
Mediatec is not responsible for any delivery delays by the carriers it works with, InPost or CTT.
The customer can always contact the chosen carrier and request the desired information.

The shipping cost includes preparation and packaging. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are of appropriate size and your items are properly protected.
